a big hug and thanks to Gwen at Birkenhead. Gwen has been so very kind to me and my family at such a very sad time. always treatment our mum Christel with the dignity and respect she so rightly deserves from start to finish. she has been a star. we can't thank you enough for all you have done .

Disappointed unprofessional and incompetent
They are the words I would use for Susan c Porter independent funeral directors I want a prepaid funeral plan from start to finish this was a total disaster no one communicated with each other and I'm still waiting for the correct bank details to this day this started the beginning of February 2016 and I'm still waiting today it is now March 2016 good news is I've gone with someone else with in a week I signed on the dotted line received all my documents that's what I call professionalism

Best we could have asked for
From the moment we stepped into Susan Porters in Upton village we knew we had chosen the right place for our dad .We were seen by Deb who has been absolutely amazing throughout all the arrangements she was so caring and guided us through our loss helping to make things easier for us .Every member of staff we encountered were respectful to us even standing outside when we passed by in cars going to landican .Deb really is worth her weight in gold .

DADS FUNERAL
I used Susan C Porters for my Dads funeral, from the start they were so caring, any questions asked were answered straight away ,they treated Dad like he was family to them .The service from start to finish was perfect I would recommend them to everyone when the needs arises,Susan and her staff are professional but with genuine human touch. thank you all

Sympathetic and Dignified
Susan Porter Funeral Services helped my family and I at the most difficult time in our lives when my precious Mum passed away on 14th October 2010, and I can only say that they acted with compassion and with fully dignity towards both my late Mum Hilda and her grieving family. I would strongly recommend Susan Porter Services to my friends and family and she deserves every success in the future
