Lack of staff and incorrect information makes shopping for your child's new uniform a harrassing and stressful time. After being told on 18th July that the newly designed uniform for my son's new secondary school would be available by 1st August, I went down to purchase all the uniform but ended up only buying his blazer and half his PE kit. I was told I would have to return the following week for rest. But guess what... on returning the following week I still only got the other half of PE kit... still awaiting the tie and schoolbag. And a friend went to buy a blazer for her daughter, tried it on whilst there... and then when they got it home, were told it was a boys blazer!!! how 'educated' are the staff? many are only just out of school themselves. On returning it she had to swap it for an incorrect size and asked to return again when they get more sizes in.... and the skirts are not available until the last week of holidays. Poor staffing, Poor Info. Ring First to confirm!!
