About Us

Brief description

Cheshire and North Wales IVC is a friendly social club for professionals and graduates in the age range 21 to 40. It is informal and low cost and is simply a group of like minded people who want to have the opportunity of meeting others and partaking in similar activities. All our events are organised by our members who contribute to a monthly programme which is sent out to everyone. We organise a wide variety of both social and sporting activities in and around Chester.

Trade Bodies / Associations

We are a member of the national association of Inter Varsity Clubs. The first IVC started in the 1940’s as a social club by recently graduated University Students, hence the name. There are 45 clubs in towns and cities across the UK with a total membership of 5,000+ members. Each club is affiliated with AIVC, the Association of Inter-Varsity Clubs.
