    I have since tried to contact Gareth by telephone and have requested his insurer's telelphone no and policy no as it states you can do on his webite T&C's which he kept referring my partner to. We have never received so much as a reply. The after care is disgusting. I do not believe they have insurance and I will be reporting them to trading standards as I now have a 42" LCD with a broken screen worth £700 which I cannot claim on my home insurance as it happened during transit so should be covered by the removers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

    I was given this company's no by word of mouth & was not referred to any such T&C's. I was quoted a "fully comprehensive price" of £150 and advised it would take 1 to 2 trips. When it took 2 trips and a small 5 minute detour they charged an extra £30 which I accepted. When I realised my TV was damaged and Gareth returned to inspect it, he was dismissive to the point of rudeness and refused liability, claiming it could be internal damage when it is evidently caused by impact to the screen.
