  Fantastic!!!!!! Price match gave me an amazing deal, far better than John Lewis and Mothercare. Very friendly service and excellent communication. Honestly can't rate them highly enough, from now on I will always contact them before I make a purchase and will definately recommend them to friends.xxx

  Truly great service, having had poor experiences by similar shops elsewhere. These guys do everything right by the customer, and do their best to help out. Thoroughly recommended.

• Excellent advice

  As a "first timer" I visited the shop with my sister who's a mum of 2, and my partner, having no real idea what I was looking for probably only knowing what I didn't like/want. We had been to all the big pram retailers and tried stuff out but nothing had impressed us, nobody had that much product knowledge or was able to answer all our questions about each pram, and some people had even had problems putting them together or collapsing them which hardly instilled confidence or made me feel like they cared!!! The reason I wanted to write this review is because this shop was different. From the minute we arrived the owner was really helpful but not pushy. He just let us get on with pulling all the prams off the display and narrowing down our favourites. It was refreshing to find some more unusual brands too,compared to other shops, I get sick of seeing everyone pushing the same prams!! My partner had all the technical questions about each of our fav's and my sister knew what to look out for in a practical way, the owner answered all our queries, let us take the prams outside and try them in my car boot for size (very useful). We didn't buy on our first visit just went away feeling much less bewildered and not bombarded by flannel! After a few more trips to other privately owned shops in the Cheshire/Manchester area I returned to Lullaboobaby as it had been such a brill experience. Dan , the owner ordered our pram and even saved us money by suggesting other manufacturers accessories that would fit our pram but were half the price! Top marks, can't recommend Lullaboobaby highly enough, we even had free deliverly!!!!

  We have recently been left a review by Jane P below which we feel very upset about because every point mentioned within this slanderous review is a complete lie.
  
  We wanted to respond to this review and raise the following points:
  
  1. We have had no involvement in writing reviews on this site other than this one that i am composing now. All reviews apart from Jane P are genuine and i think they describe our level of customer service very well.
  
  2. Our show room is located within the boundaries of Deeside Industrial Estate however there are other retail businesses making the location a bit more of a retail park than industrial estate. Our premises are not tiny either as we have a 900 sq ft showroom which is located in what was an office, not industrial unit.
  
  3. We stock many brands including Bugaboo, Baby Jogger, Concord, Leebruss, Easywalker, First Wheels, Petite Star, O Baby & Micralite. There is nothing weird about these brands and are all very original and made to high standards.
  
  4. The brands we stock are all good makes and none of our products are copies. They are sourced through official british distributors and our company name can be found on all of their websites. Just type in www.bugaboo.com into your browser and see who is the only official stockist for North Wales..... Its us.
  
  5. With 6 years of retail experience, 3 children, a degree in business studies and having received training from the distributors for each and every product we stock - i would say that is enough to be sure that i do have extensive knowledge of our products and what is right or wrong for an individual. We don't try to sell the products which make us more money, instead we try and find the pushchair that is most suitable for you - the customer. We pride ourselves on this and we have had many people write to us, call us or come back to the shop just to say thank you for the advise. On our team we also have Annaliese who is a breast feeding councilor always willing to give free and helpful advise whenever asked. We certainly think that we are much better qualified to be giving advise than any of our competitors who just don't have the same credentials.
  
  6. I have never "pushed" anyone into buying from us, this is a very cheap shot from Jane P who is so far away from the truth i doubt she has ever seen lullaboo baby. Second to this we have no chinese brands in store at all. Only european & american ones. I also challenge anyone to come and see us and our shop so you can see for yourself.
  
  7. I am hoping that Touch Local will do something about the only dodgy thing on this webpage which is the pack of lies left by Jane P. I have reported this and we are making proceedings towards taking legal action against the culprit who has left the review.
  
  
  Lullaboo Baby is a company which we have formed with several key points that cant be found anywhere else nearby. we provide a hassle free environment where you can visit and try baby products fully without pressure to buy. We make your visit very comfortable and we allow you to try the products yourself, inside and outside as well as asking you to test them by getting them up kerbs, trying them into your car and making sure that you are very comfortable with the products before you buy them.
  We feel this approach helps people make the right choice when making a purchase and we are always on hand to provide excellent advise on almost every aspect of bringing babies into the world and we will even say if we feel that a product you like is unsuitable. We do make people cups of tea and we try our best to make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible without any pressure selling tactics at all.
  My advise to anybody reading these reviews is to take on board what i have said, come and see us for yourself and then leave an honest review of your own.

• Totally brillant!!!!

  Myself and my partner could not believe our lucky, we have at last found and up market pram supplier within the Chester area. I have been a Nanny in London/Cheshire/Wirral for a longtime, and i am use to dealing with baby equipment, and recommending to parents what to buy. I am now a Mum and Lullaboo Baby offers only the finest in Designer and up market baby equipment especially the pushchair/Pram range. I have bought the Bugaboo Cameleon and a Babyjogger, one as our best pram and the babyjogger to run miles with. If you see a lady jogging around, Northop Hall/ Connahs Quay area that is me!! I have not only lost 5 stone in weight, in 7 months but the babyjogger is used by all serious fit mummies that like to keep fit. The posting at the top with reguards to avoid the shop, lacks knowledge on what is in, and what is out!!!!!!!! I have worked for many high profile parents - BUGABOO AND BABYJOGGER, is the one for the back of the Range Rover Sport. Go in and get advice, - Totally Brillant!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Great customer service, and a cup of tea too

  It was our first trip out looking for pushchairs, and the first place we had visited was here, needless to say it was the only place we needed to go too. We ended leaving to visit other retailers, and we went to mothercare & mamas & papas - both failed to provide me with any kind of customer service so i went straight back to lullaboo baby. Annalise, one of the owners, was very on the ball with her knowledge, was able to answer some concerns i had about breastfeeding and even made me a cup of tea and offered me a sit down which im sure would not have happened anywhere else. In the end i spent what i would call a small fortune on all kinds of things like the pushchair, a nightlight, baby growbags and a baby carrier / sling which was also very well demonstrated by annalise. I will be going back to what i think is a brilliant shop run by brilliant people who really know their stuff - as well as being a 1 stop shop for babies & toddlers.

• the best shop ive been too

  we stumbled upon Lullaboobaby whilst returning home from another pram shop, and we though that we might as well call in. We had been looking at the Phil & teds pushchairs for my 2 year old & my new baby when the time comes but we decided to go with a double widthj. Dan was very helpful and showed us 4 different double pushchairs and 1 tandem & explained the pro's & cons of each one. When we couldnt decide which one to go for out of 2, Dan even suggested that we push my 2 year old in it and try going up & down the kerb outside, and he evn made sure they fitted in my car boot. 10/10 customer service 10/10 product knowledge 10/10 for installing confidence in us. We will be going back again to Lullaboobaby because they do many different products like high chairs, rockers & bedroom furniture (for babies obviously) Very happy customer :)
