About Us

Brief description

I provide psychotherapeutic counselling for individuals and couples. Common issues brought to counselling include depression, anxiety, stress, personal development, low confidence, relationships issues, work-related problems, spirituality, abuse and self-harm. Group workshops are also available on anger management, listening skills, assertiveness and coping with stress. I see clients in a counselling and psychotherapy centre in Chester city centre. There is parking nearby and good transport links to Chester from Flintshire, Cheshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester. My fees are £40 for individuals, £45 for couples and organisations. Block bookings of 6 sessions are charged at the rate of 5 sessions when paid for in advance. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
