Sometimes life throws quite a few very bitter lemons our way, and when that happens it can create burdens for us that can be hard to bear. Stress, anger, hurt.... lots of things can creep in as well as not knowing where to turn.
"Positive thinking" goes hand in hand with "counting your blessings", and whereas they are not magic wands, they may offer some strength and sometimes inspiration.
Ways of helping:
