Expensive and administratively poor

Have used 4 times during past 6 months due to recurrent problem with our cat. Clinically the vets seem knowledgeable and caring but administratively this practice (and the satellite one in Willaston) is poor. During the occasions that we have used them they have routinely failed to called back as promised, not called back with test results despite several chase up calls and have even undertaken the wrong test when provided with the urine sample they requested. They are very efficient are charging however and are pretty expensive. I would advise anyone using this practice for anything other than routine consultations / vaccinations etc. to get a written quote in advance if at all possible, so as to avoid any nasty surprises (unless you have a generous insurance scheme for your pet). We were surprised to learn that they are an RCVS accredited practice. We have used various veterinary surgeons as we have relocated several times in the last 15 years and these are by far the worst we've encountered and are actively searching for an alternative as our cat is still not sorted.
