• Beware of Dealing with RSG Group

  They made me an offer of £111K - £25K below value. I accepted. The day prior to completion they sent an estate agent valuer to look over the property after telling me it was to be a structural survey. I was then called whereby the purchasing manager stated that the valuation came in at £105K and could only offer me £90K. He also as much as blamed me stating that they had relied on the valuation that I had given them. Very dishonest business that uses underhanded practices - and not just on me it seems.

• Terrible Service and staff

  We have heaps of dealings from this company and have to say the service from the staff is discusting. The young girls in the office haven't a clue how to be professional or have any knowledge about policies or property laws, the managers are practically sedated and non existant. I'd stay away from this company.

  Having just had dealings with this firm, I can quite safely and with personal experience say, don't touch this firm with a barge pole !! We had been told countless times that the property we were buying was ours and they would never show anyone around or sell to anyone else. Well..... they continued to view other people and surprise surprise sold it to a cash buyer because and I quote " what would you do if a cash buyer came along ?" Yes it did cost us to get a valuation done, they were never available to speak to us, when we did manage to speak to one of them he was unprofessional rude and had a major attitude. No they don't stick to their word and most importantly THEY ARE NOT affiliated to any professional bodies or orqanisations. Hmmm I WONDER WHY??? BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID !!!!

  They claim to buy property in 7 - 10 days at upto 90% val. We found that even after agreeing price (way below market value) they delayed 5 months and would not answer calls or answer our solicitors then contacted us with a derisory vastly reduced furtehr offer claiming they could complete the next day - avoid them they appear to pray on the peoples financial misfortunes. They get you to commit to further cost for your solicitors and then leave you hanging hoping that their final offer months later makes you accept as you will then have no other choice. I repeat do not trust this organisation
