• Buyer beware

  A date for delivery was arranged 14 days after the order was placed, despite the website saying three days. However, it failed to arrive on the agreed day, which meant I wasted a day off work. It arrived the next day at 8.30am and the delivery men refused to take it upstairs, despite the company saying it would be taken to the room of my choice. Customer services were hopeless and refused any refund or compensation. The bed was left in the hallway with my wife and two-year-old son left on their own to squeeze past it. He injured himself on one of the boxes as a result, but they didn't care less. Terrible service.

• Do not use this company

  Terrible service and poor quality products. I ordered a bed which I had to wait over a month for. The mattress was OK but cheaper elsewhere, The bed was broken - It took countless emails to arrange a collection and refund - A replacement would take another month. You cannot get them on the phone and would recommend you use another company.
