• Our Ruby Wedding

  Over the last few months we have been purchasing off Nuttalls a ruby and diamond set of jewellery, comprising of ring, earrings and necklace. These are for our ruby wedding celebrations. Its the first time we have purchased jewellery off the web and this is the first time I have ever left any sort of feedback. We were sent to Nuttalls by a friend who has purchased from them many times previously without any problems. Our whole experience with them has been 100% satisfactory and more! • Beautiful ring & Excellent customer service

  I purchased a white gold amethyst & diamond ring from Nuttalls last month. I was advised that as it was handmade to order the delivery time would be 10-14 days, I was really pleased when it was delivered within these timescales and was also impressed with being kept updated as to when the ring would arrive. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and I will be recommending Nuttalls to my friends and family.

• Customer Service is awful

  Ease of ordering was great, delivery was quoted as 14 days in time for a birthday. When it didn't arrive in time they were contacted, asked to phoneback with delivery estimate, this took 5 days of calling to get an answer as no-one phoned back. In the end we got a refund after about 30+ calls/emails etc and waiting from 5th April til the 25th May!! Shame as the ring looked lovely on the site but how many chances do you give a company before giving up and asking for money back - 5 failed delivery dates??
