I entrusted a polish out and re-engrave of a silver pocket watch bought for a 25th anniversary to these people, I was charged £25 for the most abysmally BAD job Ive EVER seen, I could have done this better myself. Totally disgusted with the ruination of an otherwise pristine antique timepiece. Will never use them again, and cannot recommend them to anyone.
