The worst lenders ever

They have the worst customer service, they will never assist you in anything. They deal only in verbal communication and will never put anything they say to you over the phone in writting even if you beg them for it. This is because they hate it when their debtors seek legal advice when they (The Funding Corporation) ever go wrong and will not want to admit it. Staff will hang the phone on me when i phoned because i sort legal advice. I never got my policy document until i phoned to ask for it after a month of purchasing a car from Approved car finance. I had no idea i had 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel my warranty. I decided to cancel it when i phoned to remind them to send me the documents. They refused because i requested this outside the 14 days period even though it was no fault of mine that they were incompetent but they were more than happy to cancel the policy while they held on still to your money. Can some one tell me this is not extortion???
