• Great Service

  We knew what we wanted (Phil & Ted's Explorer) and the lady spent a lot of time demonstrating the pram with all it's features and extras - including the usual 'does it fit in the boot' check. They are a bit nervous of spending all that time and effort if you then go and buy elsewhere on the web for the sake of a few quid - and I agree with them. We should use these local shops who provide such a great personal and knowledgeable service - or we will loose them.

• Would highly recommend.

  Having trashed my bebecar multipla frame stomping around the hills and parks I was desperate to find a new one since I love my pram and didn't want to have to buy a new one. I found one luckily at prams and cots galore.... the model had been discontinued. The owner was very helpful and pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

• Really great service.

  We bought out Bebecar from here and have since been back for various accessories. The staff are always helpful and knowledgable and prices are competitive.

• EXCELLENT,COULDN'T BE MORE HELPFUL

  I have a Jane powertwin and the lady in prams and cots was so helpful in ordering me a new raincover, phoned when it arrived to save me a wasted trip. Also helped me get new attachment clips for my buggy pod. very knowledgeable and helpful . A1 service

• fantastic staff really helpful couldn't ask for better service

  The staff are so friendly and really know what they are talking about as for 'frank b's' review prams and cots do not have the Phil and Teds vibe in store and they never have. It is avilable to order from them. they have the phil and teds sport on show. They have a geat range of prams to see.

• Rude and very very unpleasant.

  Woman in Prams and Cots galore was both very rude & unhelpful when we asked to see a Phil & Teds Vibe.
